Los Angeles,CA- I think this is great move. Does anyone remember when MTV actually played music videos? The internet has allowed music videos to have a new live via youtube and social media site. However a High-Quality venue like Hulu.com will allow for a new high-end filter. In addition it will also do what MTV did by introducing artists to a popular audience versus via Youtube which will be more short term and more specifc demographic.
San
Diego,CA- Merritt Yohnka joins the show to talk about his second
consecutive win as the Stunt Coordinator on the Warner Brothers NBC's
"CHUCK". Mark Christopher Lawrence aka "Big Mike" and David Kamatoy
congratulate Merritt on a great win. This is the first time anyone has
won the award consecutively. Other Nominees included Criminal
MInds,Burn Notice, My Name is Earl and 24.
I realize that I
have been a fan his work throughout the years from Star Trek to Nash
Bridges etc. Merrit's IMDB Listing can be seen at
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0948363/.
I am watching "Community" right now on Hulu and I dig the cast. It's a great blend of comedic actors from different generations and genres. Putting them in a "Community" College atmosphere allows them a ton of comedic acting time.
Lovely tribute to John Hughes by the way...
Dan Harmon is founder of Channel 101 check it out....

New York,NY- Kanye West apparently walked up onstage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video for "You Belong With Me." The first for 19-year-old country starlet, who has become a smash in the
pop world basically revitalizing the teen country category.
Just so you know, Everyone Booed Kanye and gave Taylor Swift a standing ovation. So it's not like we don't know that Kanye lost it publicly. I just think it's terrible that Taylor Swift's moment as an accomplished teen-age performer is now a bit weird. But hey that is the music industry.
The weird thing is that I seem to remember the "George Bush doesn't care about black people." moment and if you really watch it he is having a truly emotional moment that led him to an outburst.
Beyonce later brought back Taylor Swift to finish her acceptance speech and props to Beyonce for doing a gracious and honorable thing.
"Can't We All Just Get Along"- Rodney King.
Kanye, Brother get some help man. You and the people that were protesting the presidents speech to school kids need to get in the same room and have a ethnic racial can't we all get along seminar hug session.
We invite you to join us live online for the show on UStream.tv for a very special show with my friend Jocko.
Harry Waters Jr. and I met Jocko several years ago when his son was attending a school that Harry and I did a workshop in. The guys bonded over 50's gigs, Baby Boomer Stuff, Entertainment and Kids.
When I saw it was the 40th Anniversary of Woodstock. I emailed Jocko out of the blue and he immediately called me back and said, "Let's do it."
So Steve Prendergast and I dropped a press release and boom let's Rock and Roll.
Jocko Marcellino of Sha Na Na to be interviewed on UStream.tv
about 40th Anniversary of Woodstock
San Diego, CA - Sha Na Na's Jocko Marcellino joins David Kamatoy live on UStream.tv and DavidKamatoy.com on Wednesday, August 12th, at 9:00 a.m. PST to talk about the festivities surrounding the Woodstock 40th Anniversary. Sha Na Na performed at Woodstock at about sunrise on the last day of the festival, just before the late Jimi Hendrix. As a founding member of Sha Na Na, Jocko Marcellino has the distinction of performing in the most successful music documentary ever, Woodstock.
Woodstock became a launching point for the group, as Sha Na Na was the only group at the festival without a record deal. They received one immediately afterward, and today the group has released more than 25 albums, with worldwide sales of more than 20 million. The group also performed in the movie musical Grease, and had their own television show from 1977 to 1981.
This week Jocko has been attending events, screenings, and reunions based on the 40th Anniversary of the Woodstock Festival. Jocko has agreed to share with David Kamatoy's audience some stories both past and present from the original Woodstock and the attention that he is getting wrapped around the 40th Anniversary. "We did 40 minutes and were paid $300,” Marcellino once recalled about the original Woodstock, “and the check bounced!"
"I want to catch up with Jocko. His story is unique in that they were a 50's tribute band that ended up with a very successful television show. Ultimately creating a strong brand with staying power." David Kamatoy comments.
To this day Sha Na Na performs over 100 shows a year, and they released a 40th Anniversary Collectors Edition CD on July 19th, 2009. Visit www.ShaNaNa.com for more information.

SpongeBob Squarepants enters it's Tenth Year. Steven Banks has been with the show for 5 years and really truly enjoys his job. His advice... "Don't Give Up!"
Music by Tony Woodroffe Voice Over by Steve Dahl ( This one is a new tag. Funny Steve Funny.)

Seriously as I watch the new season of Lost. As they all return to the island and it just gets even more confusing. Do you get that feeling that they are almost having fun with the actual adventure. Hmmmm
I dig that Jeff Fahey is also part of the cast. Always that he deserved more screen time. There it is.
As an Entertainer Entrepreneur that does talk interviews this interview is inspiring because the comedian on comedy central nails the Investment analyst on a news network to the wall.
"I'm a commentator...I'm a guy trying to do an entertainment show about business for people to watch but it's difficult to have a reporter say that I just came from an interview with Hank Paulson and he lied his darn full head off. It's difficult I think it challenges the boundaries." - Jim Cramer
"Yeah I'm under the assumption and maybe this purely ridiculous...that you just don't take their word for face value that you actually then go and try to figure it out." - Jon Stewart
Jon really nails this interview to the wall and I don't think anyone expected this level of interview. NICE!
San Diego,CA- These were taken at the Spring Buskers Festival 2008 at Seaport Village.
Charles Frey took these at one the better shows of the weekend. Charles has a great eye for capturing those moments. Thank you for these my friend...
Special Thanks to Charles Frey at http://www.freyphotos.com/
