A Western Washington University study about to be published shows that people using their cell phones are not readily distracted, even by a clown on a unicycle. According to the research, cell phone usage and the concentration that goes with it disrupts even the most basic of activities like walking. What the WBF staff found most interesting about the study report was this paragraph: "Observers interviewed about 150 college-age individuals who had crossed the square and passed by a clown unicycling around a prominent sculpture. The clown was a student of Hyman's who happened to own both a unicycle and a clown suit. "It's not everyday you have a student like that," Hyman said." Think he owns any juggling balls?
