Driving in the slow lane is dangerous. Those who do it are: driving cars that can't go the speed limit, timid drivers; vampires.
Vampires are the kind of people who drive in your blind spot. Who make you angry. Who flip you off when they are in the wrong. And who eat your anger.
We must starve these people. Starve them by not getting angry. It will be tough but the vampires need to feed off natural things and not take their food from other humans.
