Just a few words to my Condo Association

1. Associations are nonprofit organizations so you're running them for the state of california -- not yourselves.
2. In fact you cannot profit from being on the board; there can be no real or percieved conflicts of interest: so, yeah, you have to fix everybody's stuff not just yours.
3. Why is it that the people who hate pool noise live AT THE POOL?  
4. Why, when you never use the pool, do you care if someone's trying to get in without a key?
5. Replacement pool keys cost a lot of money - $150.
6. The above fact and the one below this are racist...
7. Association members may only being three guests to the pool.
8. This is racist because, traditionally, the non-white families in the condo are larger than four so people of color are being denied the use of the common area.
9. That is only one of the things that's gonna change 'round here.
10. There's a new sherriff in town and he wants people to have fun in the pool; use the weight room and (GASP!) have free and unfettered access to the clubhouse!

If you don't like it, you have three choices:

1. Deal with it;
2. Purchase my condo at an abov-market rate; or
3. Sell me yours at a below-market rate
