• No one wants to be called before the Board
• The board should help you solve problems
• I advocate for lending you a helping hand
• No Board Conflicts of Interest
• Board members should not benefit from being on the board
• That means no kickbacks, special treatment and special favors
• Rules That Make Sense
• We have laws that protect individuals
• Laws that superseded all association rules and bylaws
• Then why are there so many stupid rules?
• Environmental Responsibility
• We should put programs in place to save you money
• And save the environment
•  Fun Parties
• I promise to host owner parties so you can get to know your neighbors
• These parties will be respectable, responsible and mostly quiet affairs
• But they will be fun
